After leaving Ireland and moving to Australia where we lived for 16 years, we built up a very successful Property Maintenance Company.  So therefore, we have years of experience in the Property Maintenance Industry and take alot of pride supplying a quality service.

Our business was born out of our experience when we owned a holiday home on the coast 20 years ago.

We soon found the difficulties trying to find and communciate with quality Trades and Services.

On relocating to the coast, a few years ago, we quickly realised these problems still existed and it was an opportunity to help owners in a similiar situation, so we founded

"The Trade Team".

OUR AIM

Our aim is to provide a service to Property Owners and Investors living abroad as well as Residential Clients.

Having completed our research we found the big issues' people had was the language barrier and reliable Trades and Services.

We provide a one Stop Shop for all Trades and Services.  All our Trades and Services are qualified and highly skillful at their profession.

Mostly, all our Trades and Services have English as their first language which makes communication easy.

We take pride in supplying a good and efficient Service to all our Customers at a fraction of the cost of a Management Company.
